This 3/4 inch thick solid plywood core riser can be surfaced with 1/8 inch thick tempered hardboard or carpet. The high-formed steel channel, 16 gauge frame is 1 13/16 inches thick and is fully reinforced with a 16 gauge steel angle that is welded to the inside channel for added support. The portable riser leg structure is 1.05 inches in diameter, made from 14 gauge steel tubing with high impact plastic glides for reinforcement at the point of floor contact. All risers come fully equipped with drop-in couplings so that they can be joined together. Risers are easily portable since they can be quickly set up and taken apart without any tools necessary.
